The Recombinant ING5 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170171) against ING5. This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein that inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis. This protein contains a PHD-type zinc finger. It interacts with tumor suppressor p53 and p300, a component of the histone acetyl transferase complex, suggesting a role in transcriptional regulation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa, MCF7, A549, HepG2, Mouse kindey, C6, Rat brain, Rat kindey and IF analysis of HeLa.
