The Recombinant JunB Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C341194) against JunB. Transcription factor involved in regulating gene activity following the primary growth factor response. Binds to the DNA sequence 5'-TGATCA-3'. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for IHC and IF applications. It has been validated by IHC analysis of Human breast cancer, Human lung adenocarcinoma and IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
