Recombinant Lamin A/C Monoclonal Antibody
The Recombinant Lamin A/C Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110457) against Lamin A/C. The nuclear lamina consists of a two-dimensional matrix of proteins located next to the inner nuclear membrane. The lamin family of proteins make up the matrix and are highly conserved in evolution. During mitosis, the lamina matrix is reversibly disassembled as the lamin proteins are phosphorylated. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HaCat. The target is localized to the nucleus.
