The Recombinant Lamin B1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110663) against Lamin B1. This gene encodes one of the two B-type lamin proteins and is a component of the nuclear lamina. A duplication of this gene is associated with autosomal dominant adult-onset leukodystrophy (ADLD). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of K562 and IHC analysis of Human breast carcinoma tissue, Mouse liver tissue, Mouse ileum. The target is localized to the nucleus.
