Recombinant NDUFS3 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant NDUFS3 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110596) against NDUFS3. This gene encodes one of the iron-sulfur protein (IP) components of mitochondrial NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I). Mutations in this gene are associated with Leigh syndrome resulting from mitochondrial complex I deficiency. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela. The target is localized to the mitochondrion inner membrane.
