The Recombinant p16 ARC Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C123376) against p16 ARC. This gene encodes one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex. The Arp2/3 protein complex has been implicated in the control of actin polymerization in cells and has been conserved through evolution. The exact role of the protein encoded by this gene, the p16 subunit, has yet to be determined. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB and IHC-P applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat Rat Brain, C6, 3T3, Hela and IHC analysis of Human Cholangiocarcinoma.
