Recombinant PGAM1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant PGAM1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C771249) against PGAM1. Interconversion of 3- and 2-phosphoglycerate with 2, 3-bisphosphoglycerate as the primer of the reaction. Can also catalyze the reaction of EC 5.4.2.4 (synthase), but with a reduced activity. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB and IF applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HepG2, Rat brain, SH-SY5Y and IF analysis of HepG2. The target is localized to the cytosol, extracellular region or secreted.
