Recombinant SENP1 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant SENP1 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C131623) against SENP1. This gene encodes a cysteine protease that specifically targets members of the small ubiquitin-like modifier (SUMO) protein family. This protease regulates SUMO pathways by deconjugating sumoylated proteins. This protease also functions to process the precursor SUMO proteins into their mature form. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HeLa,?HEK-293, PANC-1, F9, NIH-3T3, C6. The target is localized to the cytoplasm, nucleus.
