Recombinant TCF7 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant TCF7 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C710320) against TCF7. 2 series of isoforms, L and S, are produced by use of alternative promoter usage. Additional isoforms seem to exist, Transcriptional activator involved in T-cell lymphocyte differentiation. Necessary for the survival of CD4(+) CD8(+) immature thymocytes. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HT-29. The target is localized to the nucleus.
