Recombinant Trk B Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Trk B Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C633403) against Trk B. This gene encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Rat Rat Brain. The target is localized to the membrane.
