The Recombinant Trk pan Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C170359) against Trk pan. This gene encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor (NTKR) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. The presence of this kinase leads to cell differentiation and may play a role in specifying sensory neuron subtypes. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IF, IP and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of IMR-32. The target is localized to the membrane.
