The Recombinant WSTF Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111569) against WSTF. The human WSTF gene is located within the common Williams Syndrome (WS) deletion area at chromosome 7q11.23. Several WSTF gene products have been detected with little difference in length of polypeptides. Functional motifs identified by sequence-homology searches include a PHD-type zinc finger motif followed by a bromodomain. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by IF analysis of HeLa. The target is localized to the nucleus.
