Expressed in a discontinuous manner in the basal cell layer of adult skin epidermis, but continuously in the basal layer of fetal skin epidermis and nail. Also expressed in the outer root sheath above the hair bulb in hair follicle. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and FCM applications. It has been validated by FCM analysis of A431, WB analysis of A431, Mouse skin, Rat skin, IHC analysis of Human esophagus, Human prostate hyperplasia, Human skin, Mouse esophagus, Rat esophagus and IF analysis of A431.
