The Recombinant Keratin 20 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C111200) against Keratin 20. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the keratin family. The keratins are intermediate filament proteins responsible for the structural integrity of epithelial cells and are subdivided into cytokeratins and hair keratins. The type I cytokeratins consist of acidic proteins which are arranged in pairs of heterotypic keratin chains. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC, IF and ELISA applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Raji, Daudi and IHC analysis of Human B cell lymphoma. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
