Recombinant Keratin 4 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant Keratin 4 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C311202) against Keratin 4. There are two types of cytoskeletal and microfibrillar keratin: I (acidic; 40-55 kDa) and II (neutral to basic; 56-70 kDa). Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC and IP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of C6, HeLa and IF analysis of A431. The target is localized to the cytoplasm.
