The Recombinant Thioredoxin-2/TXN2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C110194) against TXN2. This nuclear gene encodes a mitochondrial member of the thioredoxin family, a group of small multifunctional redox-active proteins. The encoded protein may play important roles in the regulation of the mitochondrial membrane potential and in protection against oxidant-induced apoptosis. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF and FC applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of Hela, 293T, K562, HepG2, C2C12, Mouse brain, Mouse liver, C6, PC-12, Rat kindey, IHC analysis of Human kindey, Mouse kindey, Rat kindey and IF analysis of HeLa.
