Recombinant U2AF2 Monoclonal Antibody

The Recombinant U2AF2 Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C121679) against U2AF2. TFIIF is a general transcription initiation factor that binds to RNA polymerase II and helps to recruit it to the initiation complex in collaborationwith TFIIB. Produced by recombinant technology in Rabbit hosts and purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, this Rabbit IgG antibody is reactive against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC and ChIP applications. It has been validated by WB analysis of HEK-293, HeLa, Jurkat, NIH-3T3, IHC analysis of Human colon cancer, Mouse liver, Rat cerebrum and ChIP analysis of HepG2. The target is localized to the nucleus.
