The CCL3 Antibody (CAB7568) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the CCL3 protein, this antibody allows for the precise detection and analysis of CCL3 levels in various cell types, making it a valuable asset for studies in immunology and cancer research.CCL3, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha (MIP-1α), is a crucial mediator of immune cell recruitment and activation in response to infection or injury.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This locus represents a small inducible cytokine. The encoded protein, also known as macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha, plays a role in inflammatory responses through binding to the receptors CCR1, CCR4 and CCR5. Polymorphisms at this locus may be associated with both resistance and susceptibility to infection by human immunodeficiency virus type 1.
