The IL13RA1 Antibody (CAB6628) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, shows high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.IL13RA1, also known as interleukin 13 receptor alpha 1, plays a significant role in mediating the effects of interleukin-13, which is involved in allergic responses and inflammation. By targeting the IL13RA1 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of IL13RA1 in various cell types, making it an essential tool for studies in immunology, allergy, and inflammatory conditions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the interleukin 13 receptor. This subunit forms a receptor complex with IL4 receptor alpha, a subunit shared by IL13 and IL4 receptors. This subunit serves as a primary IL13-binding subunit of the IL13 receptor, and may also be a component of IL4 receptors. This protein has been shown to bind tyrosine kinase TYK2, and thus may mediate the signaling processes that lead to the activation of JAK1, STAT3 and STAT6 induced by IL13 and IL4.
