In addition;Clusterin is up/ down regulated on the mRNA or protein level in many pathological and clinically relevant situations including cancer; organ regeneration; infection; Alzheimer disease; retinitis pigmentosa; myocardial infarction; renal tubular damage; autoimmunity and others.
