The SERPING1 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB19259) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, has been validated for use in various applications, including Western blot analysis, making it ideal for investigating the role of Serping1 in immune responses and inflammatory pathways.Serping1, also known as C1 inhibitor, is a crucial regulator of the complement system, which plays a critical role in innate immunity and inflammation. Dysregulation of Serping1 has been implicated in various diseases, including hereditary angioedema and other inflammatory disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a highly glycosylated plasma protein involved in the regulation of the complement cascade. Its encoded protein, C1 inhibitor, inhibits activated C1r and C1s of the first complement component and thus regulates complement activation. It is synthesized in the liver, and its deficiency is associated with hereditary angioneurotic oedema (HANE). Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same isoform.
