Human Annexin A3/ANXA3 Recombinant Protein

The annexin family includes the A3/ANXA3 protein, which has four annexin repeats. This calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family is involved in cell growth and signal transduction pathways. Because it is abnormally elevated in fetuses generated through IVF and ICSI, which might contribute to the risk of birth defects. ATXA3 is a phospholipase A2 inhibitor that cuts the cyclic bond of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to create inositol 1-phosphate. ANXA3 also play a role in anti-coagulant properties.
