The RGMA Monoclonal Antibody (CAB0865) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific for RGMA and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.RGMA is involved in regulating the growth of axons in the central nervous system, making it an important target for studies in neuroscience and developmental biology. Its role in guiding axon growth and nerve regeneration makes it of interest in research on neurological disorders, spinal cord injuries, and brain development.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the repulsive guidance molecule family. The encoded protein is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein that functions as an axon guidance protein in the developing and adult central nervous system. This protein may also function as a tumor suppressor in some cancers. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
