How it works

Three short incubations, one read

1

Capture · 60 min

Incubate sample with capture-antibody-conjugated beads, then wash.

2

Detect · 30 min

Add biotinylated detection antibody, then wash.

3

Read · 20 min

Add streptavidin-PE, wash, resuspend and acquire on a flow cytometer.

FAQs

GeniePlex Multiplex Panels FAQs

What do I need to run GeniePlex?

A flow cytometer with a 488 nm laser (or dual 488/640 nm), standard plate equipment, and the GeniePlex analysis software for data analysis.

Which instrument do I need?

A standard flow cytometer; the required lasers and detection channels are listed on each kit datasheet.

What sample types can I use?

Panels are typically used with serum, plasma and cell-culture supernatant. The validated sample types and dilutions for each panel are on its datasheet.

Can you build a custom panel?

Yes — contact our team with your analytes and species and we will help design a custom multiplex panel.
