Components supplied separately so you can optimise coating conditions, assay parameters and sample handling for your species and study. Explore DIY ELISA kits.
Every datasheet documents spike-recovery, linearity, detection range, CV% and a standard curve, with picogram-level sensitivity for many analytes.
Circulating cytokines, hormones and acute-phase proteins.
Secreted proteins from primary animal cells and cell lines.
Tissue-bound and intracellular targets.
Validated fluids are listed on each product page.
Over 30 species, including laboratory models (mouse, rat, rabbit, hamster, guinea pig, monkey, ferret), livestock (bovine, porcine, sheep, goat, horse, camel), companion animals (canine) and poultry (chicken, duck, turkey).
Kits are validated for sample types including serum, plasma, cell-culture supernatant, tissue homogenate and other biological fluids. The validated sample types for each kit are listed on its product page and datasheet.
Each kit is validated with spike-recovery, linearity, detection range, coefficient of variation (CV%) and standard curve data, documented on the product datasheet.
Not reliably. Antibodies are raised against one species' protein and cross-reactivity is usually low or untested. Choose a kit for your species, or check the datasheet for stated cross-reactivity. If your species isn't listed, ask our team.
Standard lead time is 7–10 business days. For urgent or bulk requirements, contact our team for current stock and expedited options.
