Human RET (Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret) ELISA Kit
The Human RET (Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase receptor Ret) ELISA Kit is a specialized assay designed for the precise and quantitative measurement of the RET protein levels in human biological samples. The Ret receptor is a critical component involved in mediating signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. As a proto-oncogene, RET plays a significant role in various cellular activities and is associated with developmental processes, neuronal function, and tumorigenesis. This ELISA kit provides researchers with a reliable tool to assess RET protein levels, offering valuable insights into signaling cascades, cellular growth, and potential associations with oncogenic activities. By accurately quantifying RET expression levels, researchers can investigate the involvement of the RET pathway in normal physiological functions and disease states, particularly in cancer development and progression. The Human RET ELISA Kit features exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results. Manufactured under strict quality control standards, this kit offers robust performance and ease of use, making it an ideal choice for research studies, biomarker investigations, and drug development targeting the RET signaling pathway in human samples.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to the target protein. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and bind to the immobilized antibody. A biotinylated detection antibody specific to the target protein is then added, followed by Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well, resulting in a color change. Only wells containing the target protein, detection antibody, and HRP conjugate will develop a blue color. The reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution, resulting in a yellow color. The optical density (OD) is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is directly proportional to the concentration of the target protein in the sample and is determined using a standard curve.
