Rat VEGF Co Regulated Chemokine 1 (VCC1) ELISA Kit
Based on the information provided in the URL, we present to you the Rat VCC1 (VEGF Co-regulated Chemokine 1) ELISA Kit. This kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of VCC1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants.VCC1 is a chemokine that is co-regulated with VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) and plays a critical role in angiogenesis and cell migration. By accurately measuring VCC1 levels, researchers can study its involvement in various physiological and pathological processes such as tumor growth, wound healing, and inflammatory responses.
The Rat VCC1 ELISA Kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for your research needs. With its reliability and consistency, this kit is an invaluable tool for investigating the role of VCC1 in different disease states and potential therapeutic interventions. Unlock new insights into angiogenesis and cell signaling pathways with the Rat VCC1 ELISA Kit.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
