Raised in rabbit, it is intended for the detection and characterisation of anti-Trastuzumab antibody responses and has been supplied for use in ELISA.
Anti-drug antibodies are a central readout in biotherapeutic development, where immunogenicity against a molecule such as Trastuzumab can alter clearance, exposure and clinical response. This clone is characterised as neutralizing, inhibiting the interaction of Trastuzumab with its target, which makes it suited to neutralising-antibody assay controls and potency work.
