Siltuximab Neutralizing Antibody (1A455) is a monoclonal anti-drug antibody (ADA) offered by Assay Genie for research investigating immunogenicity against Siltuximab. Raised in mouse, it is intended for the detection and characterisation of anti-Siltuximab antibody responses and has been supplied for use in ELISA.
Anti-drug antibodies are a central readout in biotherapeutic development, where immunogenicity against a molecule such as Siltuximab can alter clearance, exposure and clinical response. This clone is characterised as neutralizing, inhibiting the interaction of Siltuximab with its target, which makes it suited to neutralising-antibody assay controls and potency work.
