Introduction:BRK1 is a member of the BRK1 family. BRK1 takes part in regulatingactin and microtubule organization and is a fragment of a WAVE complex which activates the Arp2/3 complex.
Description:BRK1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non–glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 98 amino acids (1–75) and having a molecular mass of 11.0 kDa. BRK1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His–tag at N–terminus.
