Assay Genie In Vivo Functional Grade Antibodies are ideal for scientists who need ultra-pure, low-endotoxin antibodies for demanding applications, including in vivo mouse studies, in vitro functional assays, and 3D Organoid platforms.


Using a proprietary multi‑step purification process, these antibodies are free from preservatives, stabilisers, and carrier proteins and have up to >98% purity. The range includes low‑endotoxin (<1.0 EU/mg), ultra‑low endotoxin (<0.5 EU/mg), and matched isotype control antibodies as well as biosimilar & bispecific antibodies for immune modulation and therapeutic development.

Anti-CTLA-4 [9H10]
Independent comparison of the in vivo efficacy and tolerability of clones of mAbs anti-PD-1 [RMP1-14 and 29F.1A12], anti-PD-L1 [10F.9G2], and anti-CTLA-4 [9H10] and isotype controls versus Vendor B using a CT26 syngeneic model (murine colorectal carcinoma derived from BALB/c mice). All antibodies had matching isotype controls, and phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was used as a control.
