The ITCH Polyclonal Antibody is specifically designed for research involving the ITCH protein, an important regulator of cellular signaling pathways and protein degradation. This antibody, generated in rabbits, has high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.ITCH is a key player in the regulation of immune responses, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. By targeting the ITCH protein, researchers can gain insights into its role in various cellular processes and its implications in diseases such as cancer and inflammatory disorders.
With its ability to bind to the ITCH protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of ITCH in different cell types, making it an invaluable tool for studies in immunology and cancer research. Understanding the functions and mechanisms of ITCH is essential for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting this protein in various disease settings.

Recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-155 of ITCH (NP_001244066.1).
This gene encodes a member of the Nedd4 family of HECT domain E3 ubiquitin ligases. HECT domain E3 ubiquitin ligases transfer ubiquitin from E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to protein substrates, thus targeting specific proteins for lysosomal degradation. The encoded protein plays a role in multiple cellular processes including erythroid and lymphoid cell differentiation and the regulation of immune responses. Mutations in this gene are a cause of syndromic multisystem autoimmune disease. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
