Validated NHP analytes
All 28 individual analytes are available as single-plex kits or in custom multiplex configurations. Sensitivity ranges (LOD / LLOQ / ULOQ) are measured in pg/mL. Group 1 covers core inflammatory and Th1/Th2/Th17 cytokines; Group 2 covers growth factors, neurotrophins, and extended cytokines.

How GeniePlex works
GeniePlex bead-based multiplex technology uses multiple bead populations differentiated by size and fluorescence intensity. Combined with up to 12 fluorescence intensity levels per bead size, GeniePlex can measure up to 24 analytes simultaneously from a single 15 µL sample.
Bead populations are read on any flow cytometer equipped with either a single 488 nm laser or dual 488 nm and 633/640 nm lasers. Bead classification dye emits at 700 nm; PE reporter dye at 575 nm. See the flow cytometer setup guide for instrument-specific configuration.
