The MPZL3 Polyclonal Antibody (PACO60120) is a valuable tool for researchers studying the MPZL3 protein, a cell surface molecule associated with various cellular functions. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the MPZL3 protein, this antibody enables accurate detection and analysis in a wide range of cell types, making it well-suited for research in immunology and cancer biology.MPZL3, also known as myelin protein zero-like protein 3, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways and is implicated in processes such as cell adhesion and migration.
Its involvement in these key cellular functions makes it an interesting target for studies investigating diseases like cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions. Investigating the function of MPZL3 is essential for gaining insights into disease mechanisms and developing potential therapeutic interventions aimed at targeting this protein.

Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with PACO60120 at 1:66, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
