The AMHR2 Monoclonal Antibody (CAB23122) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, developed through a specialized process using hybridoma technology, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting AMHR2 in a variety of samples.AMHR2, or Anti-Mullerian Hormone Receptor type 2, is known for its role in regulating reproductive function, particularly in the development of male and female reproductive organs. Additionally, dysregulation of AMHR2 has been associated with various types of cancers, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. The AMHR2 Monoclonal Antibody is suitable for a range of applications, including Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes the receptor for the anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) which, in addition to testosterone, results in male sex differentiation. AMH and testosterone are produced in the testes by different cells and have different effects. Testosterone promotes the development of male genitalia while the binding of AMH to the encoded receptor prevents the development of the mullerian ducts into uterus and Fallopian tubes. Mutations in this gene are associated with persistent Mullerian duct syndrome type II. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
