The FLAP Monoclonal Antibody (CAB19632) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This polyclonal antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the FEN1 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of FEN1 expression in a variety of cell types, making it an ideal choice for research in molecular biology and genetic diseases.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This gene encodes a protein which, with 5-lipoxygenase, is required for leukotriene synthesis. Leukotrienes are arachidonic acid metabolites which have been implicated in various types of inflammatory responses, including asthma, arthritis and psoriasis. This protein localizes to the plasma membrane. Inhibitors of its function impede translocation of 5-lipoxygenase from the cytoplasm to the cell membrane and inhibit 5-lipoxygenase activation. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
