The APC Monoclonal Antibody (CAB17912) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, demonstrates high specificity and sensitivity in human samples, making it ideal for various experimental applications such as immunofluorescence and flow cytometry.APC, also known as adenomatous polyposis coli, is a tumor suppressor protein that plays a crucial role in maintaining genomic stability and controlling cell proliferation. Dysregulation of APC function has been linked to various types of cancers, making it a promising target for cancer research and drug development.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IP, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein that acts as an antagonist of the Wnt signaling pathway. It is also involved in other processes including cell migration and adhesion, transcriptional activation, and apoptosis. Defects in this gene cause familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), an autosomal dominant pre-malignant disease that usually progresses to malignancy. Mutations in the APC gene have been found to occur in most colorectal cancers, where disease-associated mutations tend to be clustered in a small region designated the mutation cluster region (MCR) and result in a truncated protein product.
