The ATP10A Antibody (CAB15873) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity towards ATP10A in human samples, making it ideal for Western blot applications.ATP10A is a transmembrane protein involved in the transport of phospholipids, particularly phosphatidylserine, within cells. Dysregulation of ATP10A has been linked to various diseases, including neurological disorders and cancer.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of P-type cation transport ATPases, and to the subfamily of aminophospholipid-transporting ATPases. The aminophospholipid translocases transport phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylethanolamine from one side of a bilayer to another. This gene is maternally expressed. It maps within the most common interval of deletion responsible for Angelman syndrome, also known as 'happy puppet syndrome'.
