The BRF2 Antibody (CAB8782) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot experiments.BRF2 is a critical component of the Pol III transcription complex, which is responsible for transcribing small non-coding RNAs essential for cell growth and proliferation. Dysregulation of Pol III activity has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes one of the multiple subunits of the RNA polymerase III transcription factor complex required for transcription of genes with promoter elements upstream of the initiation site. The product of this gene, a TFIIB-like factor, is directly recruited to the TATA-box of polymerase III small nuclear RNA gene promoters through its interaction with the TATA-binding protein.
