The CD144 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB24490) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced through the immunization of rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the CD144 protein, this antibody allows for the detection and analysis of CD144 expression in various cell types, making it a valuable asset in studies related to vascular biology and cancer research.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a member of the cadherin family of calcium-dependent glycoproteins that mediate cell adhesion and regulate many morphogenetic events during development. The encoded preproprotein is further processed to generate a mature protein. Mice lacking the encoded protein die in utero due to vascular insufficiency, caused by increased endothelial apoptosis. Multiple distinct genes of the cadherin family, including this gene, are found on chromosome 8.
