The CD276 Polyclonal Antibody (CAB24668) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced from rabbit serum, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By targeting the CD276 protein, researchers can accurately detect and analyze its expression in various cell types, making it ideal for investigations in immunology and cancer research.CD276, also known as B7-H3, is involved in immune regulation and has been linked to the development and progression of various cancers. Its ability to modulate immune responses makes it a promising target for the development of new therapeutic strategies in cancer treatment.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, IHC-P, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and thought to participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. Studies show that while the transcript of this gene is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues and solid tumors, the protein is preferentially expressed only in tumor tissues. Additionally, it was observed that the 3' UTR of this transcript contains a target site for miR29 microRNA, and there is an inverse correlation between the expression of this protein and miR29 levels, suggesting regulation of expression of this gene product by miR29. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
