The CEBP Delta/CEBPD Monoclonal Antibody (CAB21954) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This monoclonal antibody, produced in mice, exhibits high specificity and sensitivity for detecting CEBPD in human samples, making it a valuable asset for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry applications.CEBPD is involved in cellular differentiation, proliferation, and immune response, making it a key player in cancer progression, inflammatory diseases, and metabolic disorders. By targeting CEBPD, researchers can gain insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these conditions and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets for intervention.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

The protein encoded by this intronless gene is a bZIP transcription factor which can bind as a homodimer to certain DNA regulatory regions. It can also form heterodimers with the related protein CEBP-alpha. The encoded protein is important in the regulation of genes involved in immune and inflammatory responses, and may be involved in the regulation of genes associated with activation and/or differentiation of macrophages. The cytogenetic location of this locus has been reported as both 8p11 and 8q11.
