The CHMP1A Antibody (CAB11621) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and is validated for use in Western blotting applications. By specifically binding to the CHMP1A protein, this antibody allows for accurate detection and analysis in a variety of cell types, making it an essential component for studies in cell biology and cancer research.CHMP1A, also known as chromatin modifying protein 1A, plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular functions, including cell division and intracellular trafficking.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

This gene encodes a member of the CHMP/Chmp family of proteins which are involved in multivesicular body sorting of proteins to the interiors of lysosomes. The initial prediction of the protein sequence encoded by this gene suggested that the encoded protein was a metallopeptidase. The nomenclature has been updated recently to reflect the correct biological function of this encoded protein. Several transcripts encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
