Western blot analysis of lysates from HT-29+NK-92, using Cleaved Gasdermin B Rabbit pAb (CAB23046) at 1:400 dilution. HT-29 and NK-92 cells were treated with IFNγ (50ng/ml) for 8 hours. Secondary antibody: HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS014) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates/proteins: 25μg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit (AbGn00021). Exposure time: 120s.
