The CPSF1 Antibody (CAB17144) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, raised in rabbits, is highly reactive with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunofluorescence applications.CPSF1 is a critical component of the Cleavage and Polyadenylation Specificity Factor (CPSF) complex, which plays a crucial role in the cleavage and polyadenylation of mRNA molecules. Dysregulation of CPSF1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, making it a valuable target for further research.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse samples.

Cleavage and polyadenylation specificity factor (CPSF) is a multisubunit complex that plays a central role in 3-prime processing of pre-mRNAs. CPSF recognizes the AAUAAA signal in the pre-mRNA and interacts with other proteins to facilitate both RNA cleavage and poly(A) synthesis. CPSF1 is the largest subunit of the CPSF complex (Murthy and Manley, 1995 [PubMed 7590244]).
