The CSF3R Antibody (CAB7661) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.CSF3R, also known as granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor, plays a crucial role in stimulating the growth and differentiation of neutrophils in response to infection or injury. Dysregulation of CSF3R signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including leukemia and other hematological disorders.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

The protein encoded by this gene is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The encoded protein, which is a member of the family of cytokine receptors, may also function in some cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. Mutations in this gene are a cause of Kostmann syndrome, also known as severe congenital neutropenia.
