The CXCL10 Antibody (CAB1457) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is specifically designed to target the CXCL10 protein, allowing for accurate detection and analysis in various experimental settings, including Western blot applications.CXCL10, also known as interferon-gamma-induced protein 10 (IP-10), is a key player in recruiting immune cells to sites of inflammation and promoting anti-tumor immunity. Its dysregulation has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cancer.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human samples.

This antimicrobial gene encodes a chemokine of the CXC subfamily and ligand for the receptor CXCR3. Binding of this protein to CXCR3 results in pleiotropic effects, including stimulation of monocytes, natural killer and T-cell migration, and modulation of adhesion molecule expression. This gene may also be a key regulator of the 'cytokine storm' immune response to SARS-CoV-2 infection.
