The DIRAS3 Antibody (CAB7950) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, is highly specific to human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications.Diras3, also known as Dual Ras Homolog 3, is involved in signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. By targeting the Diras3 protein, researchers can gain insights into its function and impact on different cellular functions.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the ras superfamily. This gene is imprinted gene with monoallelic expression of the paternal allele which is associated with growth suppression. The encoded protein acts as a tumor suppressor whose function is abrogated in many ovarian and breast cancers. This protein may also play a role autophagy in certain cancer cells by regulating the autophagosome initiation complex.
