The ELMOD3 Antibody (CAB7532) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, produced in rabbits, exhibits high reactivity with human samples and has been validated for use in Western blotting applications.ELMO3 plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell motility, invasion, and phagocytosis. By targeting the ELMO3 protein, researchers can investigate its function in different cell types and unravel its involvement in biological pathways related to cancer metastasis, inflammation, and immune response regulation.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes a member of the engulfment and cell motility family of GTPase-activating proteins that regulate Arf GTPase proteins. Members of this family are defined by a conserved engulfment and cell motility domain. In rat cochlea, the encoded protein is found in stereocilia, kinocilia and cuticular plate of developing hair cells suggesting a function for this protein in cochlear sensory cells. An allelic variant of this family has been associated with autosomal recessive nonsyndromic deafness-88 in humans. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
