The ETV6 Antibody (CAB15668) is a high-quality antibody developed for reliable detection and analysis of target proteins. This antibody, generated in rabbits, is highly specific for human samples and has been validated for use in Western blot applications. By binding to the ETV6 protein, this antibody enables the detection and analysis of ETV6 in various cell types, making it ideal for investigations in oncology and hematological disorders.ETV6 is a transcription factor with important roles in hematopoiesis and development.
This antibody is validated for use in WB, ELISA applications and has demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse, Rat samples.

This gene encodes an ETS family transcription factor. The product of this gene contains two functional domains: a N-terminal pointed (PNT) domain that is involved in protein-protein interactions with itself and other proteins, and a C-terminal DNA-binding domain. Gene knockout studies in mice suggest that it is required for hematopoiesis and maintenance of the developing vascular network. This gene is known to be involved in a large number of chromosomal rearrangements associated with leukemia and congenital fibrosarcoma.
